During the Ready for Equity!™ project the partner shared best practices, tools and mechanisms in place throughout the different regions in Europe to develop a structured and all-embracing training program targeted at improving the capacity of informal investors and business angels, and to prepare entrepreneurs seeking finance from those informal investors.

Results from the first Ready for Equity!™ project are in the public domain and can be downloaded from this website.

These include

• A pan-European curriculum for training for Business Angels
• A pan-European curriculum for training for Entrepreneurs
• Pedagogic guidelines for the roll out of training
• Recommendations for the roll out of training based on test sessions
• A mapping exercise that gives an overview on most training programs for BAs and Entrepreneurs that are available in Europe

The results from the second RfE!™ project, Ready for Equity!2™ are the basis for the training package offered by the Ready for Equity! Academy™.

These include

• Presentations and supporting training material for 15 individual training sessions for Business Angels
• Presentations and supporting training material for 8 individual training sessions for Entrepreneurs
• A trainer and expert database for the worldwide roll-out of RfE!™ training

The program has been successfully tested in 11 European countries with a total of 680 participants and is frequently updated
