Session II: Evaluation and Construction of the Entrepreneurial Team

This session aims to provide an understanding of the value of skills and structure of the management team and the impact a BA can have on their development. At the end of the session trainees will be able to evaluate the entrepreneur and the team of a potential target company and develop strategies to reinforce and manage the team's structure to manage the investment.
