Session IIIB: First Evaluation and Pre-Assembly of the Deal

This session gives an insight into different valuation methods and compares and contrasts their suitability for the valuation Angel opportunties. It covers market driven methods such as multiples, performance based methods e.g. discounted cash flow and "Angel specific" valuation methods used by experienced players in the Angel investment community.

The second part of the session targets the structure of Angel deals and specifically focusses on term sheets.
